Myreesha’s Policy
Cancellations
Please give a courtesy notice of at least 24 hours to avoid charges. Late cancellations and “No call, no shows” will be subject to a payment of 50% of the scheduled service fees, which will be due upon the arrival of your next appointment. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not call or show for two consecutive scheduled appointments.
Tardiness
I would like to ensure that everyone’s service begins at its appointed time. To guarantee minimal waiting time, I need your help by arriving promptly to your appointment. If you are running behind, there is a 15 minute grace period. In the event you’re more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.
Appointment Preparation
All services include shampoo and standard conditioner. However, here are a few guidelines to ensure an optimal and timely experience during your appointment time.
Lost or Forgotten Items
Myreesha Franklin is not responsible for misplaced or stolen items during your appointment time. Although, I would love to store all items left behind, unfortunately there is not enough space. If items happen to be left at the salon for longer than two weeks they will be discarded or donated.
Fees
All fees for services performed are expected upon completion of service. I would be delighted to discuss all charges and fees. Keep in mind all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. Also, note- Salon credit is not an option, nor will postdated checks be accepted. All checks will be deposited within 48 hours and any insufficient funds will result in a $25 services charge in addition to the face amount of the check. The total fees and charges will be due before any services may be rendered.
